The Palestine Exchange (PEX) website, delivered by Tritecs as one of several concurrent client projects.
My role
As Senior Product & Delivery Manager at Tritecs, I was responsible for delivering the PEX website.
What I did
Led product requirements, priorities, and stakeholder alignment
Translated business needs into requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria
Managed Agile delivery, workflow design, staffing, and risks
Coordinated the engineering, quality assurance, and design work needed to deliver the website
Team and contribution
The website was built by the Tritecs team. My contribution was product and delivery leadership.
