The product
EventXray, part of Bartizan Data System, helps users find, compare, and review events.
My role
I was Product Owner for EventXray from June 2015 to December 2016, alongside my role as Senior .NET Developer and Technical Lead on Bartizan Lead Retrieval, within more than nine years of product and engineering roles at Bartizan, a U.S. company.
What I did
Developed EventXray as a product for finding, comparing, and reviewing events
Managed product charters, estimation, and quality control
Ran marketing analysis with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Applied roadmap planning, competitor analysis, and Agile delivery
Team and contribution
EventXray was delivered with the Bartizan engineering team. I owned the product definition, planning, and quality, and contributed to its development.
