Overview

Healthcare moves fast. Doctors, nurses, and administrators don’t have time for clunky software that slows them down. Bluespine is changing that—offering a platform designed to streamline patient care, simplify workflows, and reduce administrative burden.
But even the best product can be overlooked without the right brand presence, website experience, and user-friendly interface. That’s where I came in. My goal? To make Bluespine feel as intuitive and reliable as the care providers who use it.

In healthcare, trust is everything. If a platform feels confusing or cumbersome, providers won’t use it—no matter how powerful it is.
Bluespine needed a clear, engaging digital presence that not only showcased its features but also built confidence with potential users. At the same time, the product itself needed UX refinements to ensure a frictionless experience.
