Estate Amenities
Power supply, perimeter fencing, and build-ready infrastructure from day one. The amenities section was designed to answer the question every serious buyer asks before committing: is this actually ready?

 Letter Section
A letter to the reader instead of a pitch to a buyer. The design choice to open with a personal letter sets the tone for everything that follows. This is a community, not a property listing.

 FAQs
The FAQ section handles the hard questions directly. Fixed building plans, land use requirements, farming obligations. Designed to remove hesitation, not create it.

Habitat — Farm Estate Website, Nigeria

PROJECT OVERVIEW

About the Client
Habitat is a Farm Estate project in Nigeria combining agricultural plantations, residential living for farm owners, and a walk-in store for freshly harvested produce. Founded by Adeola Owosho, returning client and founder of Midddleman. The website needed to communicate a vision, not just describe a product.
Goal
Design and build a website that makes a visitor feel the Habitat estate before they visit it — communicating the combination of agricultural land, residential living, and fresh produce in a way that feels like an invitation to a different kind of life.
Challenges
Property and real estate websites in Nigeria default to listing details, price, and generic renders. Habitat was not selling a transaction. It was inviting someone to imagine a life. The agricultural component — plantations, harvest cycles, fresh produce — required genuine knowledge of agriculture to present compellingly to a buyer who may not share that background.
Solution
Blueprint drew on firsthand experience in agriculture to bring depth to the research and visual decisions. The design was built around rich imagery, a contextual navigation map showing surrounding developments and infrastructure, and editorial content rooted in the actual character of the land. Adeola was closely involved at every stage.
