Grew Pluckk's Instagram from 43K to 59.3K followers and built their Pinterest to 1.4M monthly views in 8 months.

The Brief

Pluckk is an Indian food brand offering juices, ketchups, frozen berries, and other fresh products. They needed a social media manager to take ownership of their Instagram presence, increase engagement, grow their following, and make the brand feel more polished and aesthetically cohesive.

My Role

I managed Pluckk's entire social media operation across Instagram and Pinterest. My responsibilities included:
Creating and editing Reels (6 per week)
Designing static posts (12 per week)
Writing captions for every post
Scheduling all content using Later
Managing community engagement (responding to comments, DMs, and story interactions)
Designing customized Instagram Stories
Tracking performance and analytics with Metricool
I was also the one who proposed expanding to Pinterest as a new channel. The brand hadn't considered it before, and I built the strategy from scratch.

The Process

I started by auditing Pluckk's existing Instagram feed. The content lacked visual consistency and wasn't optimized for engagement. I developed a new content direction that leaned into clean, appetizing food photography and bold brand colors to make the feed feel premium and cohesive.
For Reels, I focused on trending audio, quick recipe ideas, and product showcases edited in CapCut. Static posts were designed in Canva with a consistent template system so the grid always looked intentional.
On Pinterest, I repurposed high-performing Instagram content and created Pinterest-native pins optimized for search. I built out boards around recipe categories, seasonal products, and lifestyle content tied to the brand.

The Results

Instagram:
Grew followers from 43,000 to 59,300 (a 37.9% increase)
Engagement rates increased significantly across Reels and static posts
The brand's visual identity became noticeably more polished and consistent
Customer interactions and inbound inquiries increased through DMs and comments
Pinterest:
Built the account from zero to 1.4 million monthly views in 6 months
Established Pinterest as a new discovery channel the brand hadn't previously used
Output over 8 months:
~192 Reels
~384 static posts
Daily customized Stories
Full community management across both platforms
