The client provided an initial script, so my first step was breaking it down to understand which parts needed animation and how to make the message clear visually. That led me to build a storyboard-style document, where I planned the overall look, rhythm, and flow of each scene.
Once that was approved, I started designing the full piece. There was a bit of back-and-forth with the client to make sure the visuals felt on-brand and that every section explained the idea properly.
When everything was locked, I used the Overlord plugin to export each screen directly into After Effects, animating every element and working on smooth transitions between scenes. After a few more feedback rounds, we refined the timing and cleaned up the motion so everything looked cohesive.
For the final step, I used an AI voice-over from Play.ht, synced it carefully with the visuals, and added background music to bring the whole video to life.
