Flexable is a platform that connects top freelance talent with brands and business looking to hire. but unlike most platforms, it focuses on genuine collaboration and long-term relationships. I joined early on, working closely with the founder to bring his vision from a concept to a working, scalable product.

As the sole designer, I was responsible for everything from defining the visual language to building a design system and crafting every screen — from landing pages to dashboards and importantly onboarding and profile configuration flows. My goal was simple: make the experience effortless for both freelancers and clients, while building trust and clarity across every interaction.

Designed the entire platform that includes landing pages, listing pages, portfolio pages, onboarding, dashboards, and profile setup.

Built a cohesive design system that made future updates faster and more consistent.

Created a clear visual hierarchy to handle complex data layouts and reduce cognitive load.

Crafted marketing pages for seo and conversion to build early traction and trust.

Designing for early-stage agility where the product vision kept evolving as user testing progressed.

Building clarity into a two-sided platform where both freelancers and clients have different goals.

Creating a scalable design system utilizing design tokens. flexible enough to grow with the product’s future modules.

Started by deeply understanding the workflows of both freelancers and clients — mapping their motivations, challenges, and ideal interactions. This allowed me to simplify every journey into intuitive, goal-oriented steps.

Designed a modular system in Figma that could expand effortlessly as new features rolled out, maintaining design consistency while adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Further analytics revealed how and why users engaged with the app, guiding us to refine our solutions and push the product forward.

Successfully took the product from 0 to 1 in just 60 months, and achieved 25k impressions within 90 days from launch

Early user feedback highlighted exceptional usability and design clarity, helping secure more clients.
