Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner. Being proficient using various software and tools commonly used in the real estate industry, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and virtual tour software, is highly valuable. Being comfortable with technology and having the ability to quickly learn new tools is important in a virtual work environment. Being familiar with marketing strategies and social media platforms is beneficial for assisting with marketing efforts, such as managing social media accounts, creating promotional materials, and implementing marketing campaigns.
