Overview

End-to-end logistics visibility from warehouse to last-mile delivery. I designed and prototyped a platform for inventory, hub routing, transfers, trip scheduling, and QR-based package tracking.
Role: UI/UX Designer | Company: Prowess Enterprise | Platforms: Web app, Mobile app | Type: B2B, SaaS, Internal tool | Timeline: Dec 2025 – March 2026

The Problem

Multiple Operations. One platform. No compromises.
Every logistics company manages different kinds of operations: storage, inventory, distribution, orders, picking, packing, and delivery. Most platforms treat these as separate products. The stakeholders needed them unified.
Multiple user types with completely different operational logic
Order visibility broke at every handover point
Warehouse pickers, hub sorters, and delivery riders couldn't use tools built for logistics managers
Truck allocation, container assignment, and trip scheduling existed as separate manual processes

Research & Discovery

Five completely different users. One system to serve all of them.
Delivery Partner: On the road, one hand on scooter – needed a screen that showed one action at a time
Transport Manager: Trip scheduling happened over WhatsApp with no system connecting container readiness to truck departure
Warehouse Operator: Existing tools were built for IT admins – pickers and packers were excluded entirely
Hub Operator: No live sorting board – operators walked between racks with paper manifests
Admin: No single dashboard showing cross-platform order status, hub capacity, or exception history

Design Process

Research & Planning – Mapped every operation: order lifecycle, hub routing logic, transport model, and role-based access
Wireframing – Sketched procurement flows, hub sorting, and delivery routes
Interface Design – Built all 7 modules screen by screen, role by role
Design System – One layout that adapts across all warehouse modes
Prototyping – Interactive prototypes for hub inbound scan, container dispatch, trip scheduling, delivery execution
Development & Handoff – Figma files with spacing, component states, interaction specs, and prototypes

Key Design Decisions

Multi-staged order lifecycle shared across all modules with real-time status
PIN-based dynamic routing across the entire network with auto-suggested sorting
Adaptive interfaces – same structure, different data per user role
Delivery app designed so the driver never has to think – one CTA at each stage

Results & Impact

300+ interfaces designed across all platforms
7 modules connected by one order lifecycle and one design language
1 item lifecycle end-to-end: Add → Move → Receive → Place → Order Received → Pick → Pack → Trip Schedule → Container Assign → Inbound → Place → Assign Delivery → Pickup → Delivered
Each module with its own operational logic, dashboard priorities, and UX patterns inside one adaptive interface
