Worked with a young brand owner during the brand development process to build a brand concept, brand strategy, and identity documents that could be easily implemented as the brand was formed and launched. In creating a full brand kit for the client, I was able to ensure that the foundational work I had done was able to be maintained by the shop's team on their social media, website, and email platforms. I also worked with the team to develop a social media schedule concept and composed email templates that can be used to ensure brand consistency—both of which the shop still uses for their day to day operations.
Since my first visit with the shop, the owner has contacted me repeatedly for additional of maintenance services and I have returned three times to audit and refresh the brand to ensure continued adherence to their identity, style, and standards.
