Overview
As part of the Dreams 2024 roadmap, the Ecommerce team were looking to map out a new user journey for the order confirmation page. As this hasn't been looked at for quite a few years, I definitely had my work cut out!
Approach
I took time to understand the customer journey as it stood, to understand any places where things were too complicated or difficult, mapping out a new experience with less complication. I wireframed flows for each iteration of where the journey could take a customer.
I then looked at the current design from a visual point of view. This allowed me to understand where to apply the new branding and how to make it tie in with the rest of the website, while showcasing the newer, simplified process 👩💻
