Project Description
Designed and implemented Looker Studio dashboards to provide advanced reporting on virtual conference attendee engagement during the annual TIBCO Analytics Forum in the years 2021 - 2023. Conference returned to being an in-person event in 2024.
My role on these projects included:
Design/architecture of the tracking event model utilized to measure conference attendee engagement throughout, and partnership with the development team to ensure its accurate implementation.
Design of Looker Studio dashboard themes based upon TIBCO's event branding.
Blending of several data sources to enable advanced reporting segmentation and targeted post-event follow-up with individual attendees by sales team and event organizers.
