Audioh - World's first audio Social App

AudioH aimed to disrupt the $35 billion audiobook market by offering an affordable, social, unlimited audiobook platform. As Product Lead, I designed and managed the UX, streamlined onboarding, and optimized subscription flows to boost user engagement and drive early traction across iOS and web platforms.

My role

As Product Lead for Audioh, I spearheaded the end-to-end design and management of this unlimited audiobook platform, shaping a sleek, immersive user experience in a competitive $35 billion market. My work focused on intuitive navigation, personalized discovery features, and seamless playback controls that boosted user signups and engagement while streamlining internal processes for faster turnaround. By prioritizing user-centered enhancements and fostering team balance, I drove meaningful growth—delivering improved UX, higher retention, and scalable product decisions that positioned Audioh as a strong player in the audiobook space.

Core Screens

Traditional audiobook platforms were expensive, restrictive, and lacked social engagement, leaving both listeners and authors underserved in the market.
Authors faced low royalties and no compensation for re listens, limiting content incentives.

Social platform boosting community via discussions & events. Designed owner revenue model club creators earn a percentage on all book sales made within their clubs.

Analytics

Designed the analytics dashboard for Audioh, an unlimited audiobook app. Created intuitive data visualizations—traffic trends, location breakdowns, ratings pies, and daily visitor charts—to empower creators with actionable insights and drive growth.
