OFFA needed a clearer and more efficient way for wholesalers and buyers to interact around off market deals. We built the platform from the ground up, focusing on a BuyBox flow that simplifies discovery, improves trust, and reduces the manual steps slowing real estate transactions.
Challenges
Users struggled to filter, evaluate, and trust off market opportunities, resulting in slow decisions and inconsistent engagement across core acquisition workflows.
