Offa - Tinder for real estate

I led the branding, UI/UX design, and full product design for Offa—the "Tinder for Real Estate"—a platform (mobile app + responsive web app) that connects wholesalers with buyers through swipe-based matching and a Smart AI pricing model. I designed intuitive swipes, real-time notifications, detailed property cards, seamless dashboards, and secure transaction flows across both mobile and web for a consistent, trustworthy experience. My work directly supported rapid user adoption and growth. In the first 3 months after launch, Offa achieved $50K MRR and onboarded 114K users (buyers + wholesalers).

Tinder approach

Buyers can swipe right on properties they are interested in , left on properties they don't like and swipe up to directly connect with sellers. Our Smart AI layer learns the user behaviour and only suggests properties based on swiping behaviour .
