Overview

FTH Daily is a subscription-based e-grocery app that regularly delivers groceries to users' homes.

Task

I evaluated the app highlighting the users' pain points and redesigned the app for a better user experience.

Role

I served as a product designer on this project.

Solution

Some problems encountered included unclear navigation, confusing elements, and inconsistency in design. These were the problems for which I found a solution. The solution included designing a more straightforward navigation system, prioritizing features by removing redundant ones, and ensuring consistency across the app.
