Overview
A self-initiated Notion template demo for small wholesale teams. It was not commissioned by a retailer. All business names, buyers, order records and dates shown are fictional sample data.
Workflow goal
Keep retailer accounts and order follow-up connected so a team can review payment terms, order stage, payment status, holds or backorders, ship date and next action in one workspace.
System structure
Account Desk organizes retailer details, buyer, channel, terms, status and follow-up. Order Desk tracks each order from intake and confirmation through packing, shipment and closure, with payment and exception cues. Ship Calendar surfaces scheduled dates for review. The calendar is a Notion view, not a live carrier or ERP integration.
Example order flow
Add the retailer and the terms used for follow-up.
Record an order, its current stage and payment status.
Flag a hold or backorder and record the next action.
Add the planned ship date, review due work and close the order when complete.
Design decisions
Retailer and order records remain separate and connect through the account. Board, table and calendar views support different review tasks without duplicating the same order. This concept demonstrates a repeatable workflow; it does not claim client results or automatic updates.
Setup service
The Wholesale Order Tracker setup service starts at $29 for the existing template, up to three small agreed changes, a quick-start guide and one revision. Delivery starts after the brief and scope are complete. See the Wholesale setup service for current scope and pricing.
Account Desk: retailer cards and the accounts table show buyer, channel, payment terms, status and follow-up dates. Self-initiated demo with fictional sample businesses and records.
Order Desk: the board groups work from intake and confirmation through packing and shipment, with payment, ready, hold and backorder cues. This template demo does not represent an automatic shipping feed; sample orders are fictional.
Ship Calendar: the monthly view surfaces due ship dates beside each order’s status and payment cues for review of upcoming, overdue and completed work. Demo dates and records are fictional; this is a Notion calendar view, not a live carrier integration.
