Prescription data entry automation agent: working prototype

A demo built for a specific brief. Not client work: the material shown is sample data, so what is on display is the mechanism.

I built a working prototype of a prescription data entry automation agent, run on 6 synthetic sample prescriptions with no real patients or prescribers. It reads each typed or faxed prescription, fills a 13-field mock pharmacy entry screen, writes plain-English directions, calculates days supply and flags issues for a pharmacist, who verifies before anything is sent. On the samples it pre-filled 77 of 78 fields, held 1 record for a missing prescriber identifier and flagged 3 for review. The demo also includes a workflow review, a four-phase roadmap and the privacy controls the prototype actually implements.
