Aveline: Dental Clinic Website

The brief

A dental studio needed a website that removes the two things patients dread before a visit: not knowing what it will cost and not knowing what will happen. Clinic sites usually lean on stock imagery and a phone number, so the brief was a calm site that states its prices and lets patients book without calling.

The challenge

Most clinic websites hide what patients want to know first. Prices sit behind a phone call, treatments are described in clinical terms, and booking waits for office hours. Aveline had to answer cost, duration and who will treat you on the page itself, while keeping the tone calm enough for someone who is already nervous about the visit.

The approach

We built Aveline around transparency and pace: every treatment page states its duration, starting price and lead clinician. The look is quiet and clinical-warm, using Geist type, a petrol teal accent and generous whitespace. It runs as a WordPress theme with Elementor widgets, so all content stays editable.

Design system

The palette is soft off-white grounds with a single petrol teal accent, set in Geist with generous spacing, so the site feels clinical-warm rather than sterile. Photo-led layouts show real moments in the chair, the hero is sized to fit a laptop screen, and dropdown menus preview treatments so navigation stays light without hiding anything. Practical details such as durations, prices and the next free slot sit in a quiet monospaced style, so they read as information rather than sales copy.

One design, three platforms

The live site runs as a custom WordPress theme with editable Elementor widgets, so the practice can update treatments, specialists, journal articles and bookings without touching the design. The same design was also built in Framer and Webflow, keeping the layout, motion and booking flow consistent across all three platforms.

Treatments with the price up front

Every treatment card leads with its duration and starting price, such as a 45 minute check-up and cleaning from $85 or teeth whitening from $290, and opens a detail page covering what happens, how long it takes and who carries it out. Each treatment starts with a digital check-up and a written plan with costs up front.

Booking in three steps

Booking runs from treatment to clinician to time slot, with a live slot picker and a written estimate, so the cost is known before the patient arrives. The hero surfaces the next free appointment, and treatment and specialist pages open the booking flow already filled in, which removes the phone call entirely.

Specialists, introduced by specialty

The team directory introduces each clinician by specialty and experience, so patients can choose who treats them instead of being assigned a name. Every treatment page names its lead clinician, and each profile links straight into booking with that clinician already selected.

A journal between visits

Short, practical articles give the practice a voice between appointments and answer common questions in plain language. The journal keeps the site useful after the first booking and gives patients a reason to come back to it.

The outcome

The site now works as one continuous visit: each treatment is explained on its own page, the team is introduced by specialty, and booking runs from treatment to clinician to time slot. The journal gives the practice a voice between appointments, and everything stays editable, so the clinic can keep prices, people and articles current without a designer.
