Overview Sea12 builds AI systems that help enterprises run complex operations more intelligently. For their construction arm, they needed a set of brochures and presentation slides that could clearly communicate how their AI replaces fragmented tools and manual workflows with a single, connected operating system.

Objective Translate a highly technical AI product into a clear, executive-friendly story for construction leaders. The materials needed to feel credible, modern, and grounded in real construction workflows, while showing why legacy systems fail and what Sea12 unlocks instead.

Process I designed a series of presentation and brochure layouts focused on clarity and flow. The work explored multiple iterations, refining layout structure, typography, visual hierarchy, and data storytelling.
