Endgame.ai Restructuring

I joined Endgame.ai after launch to help restructure the product and bring the web experience closer to mobile.

Restructured existing experiences, brought web closer to mobile parity, and helped design new features including Puzzle Run, Endgame Club and Endgame Watch.

The product was already live, so the job was less about starting over and more about figuring out what needed to change. I worked through existing flows, tightened the experience and carried the product language across web and mobile while designing new features along the way.
