Digital Transformation for David Seal's Yacht Broker Course

David Seal came to me with a clear mission: to elevate his coaching business with a professional online presence that could attract, nurture, and convert high-quality leads. He had a strong message and a proven coaching method, but his digital presence didn’t yet reflect the level of transformation he offered his clients.
My goal was to build a cohesive and conversion-driven online ecosystem — from the website design and copywriting to the email funnels and webinar marketing — so that every touchpoint aligned with his brand voice and business goals.
Work Completed
1. Website Design & Branding I designed David’s entire website from scratch, focusing on creating a clean, modern, and approachable design that instantly builds trust. The layout highlights his authority while keeping the user journey simple and intuitive. Each section was strategically placed to guide visitors toward taking action — whether that’s booking a consultation, signing up for a webinar, or joining his email list.
I also curated a cohesive colour palette and typography that reflected his personality — professional, grounded, and inspiring — and ensured the visuals supported his message of leadership and growth.
2. Website Copywriting Beyond design, I wrote all the website copy to ensure the words worked as hard as the visuals. The goal was to connect emotionally, communicate value clearly, and convert effectively. This included:
Crafting a compelling home page headline and brand story.
Writing benefit-driven service descriptions.
Creating persuasive calls-to-action throughout the site.
Optimising for SEO while maintaining an authentic tone of voice.
Every word was intentional — designed to help potential clients instantly understand who David is, what he stands for, and why his coaching works.
3. Funnel Development & Automation I built David’s complete marketing funnel, connecting his website to lead magnets, opt-ins, and automated nurture sequences. This included:
Setting up landing pages with strategic conversion copy.
Designing the user flow from ad → landing page → email → sales page.
Creating automations to nurture leads through Kajabi and email sequences.
The result was a streamlined system that generated consistent leads while giving David more time to focus on serving his clients.
4. Sales Email Sequences To complement the funnel, I wrote a high-converting sales email sequence that nurtured subscribers from initial interest to purchase. Each email was strategically structured — from the subject line to the closing CTA — to build trust, address objections, and inspire action.
5. Webinar Marketing Campaign David also wanted to host a live webinar to connect more personally with his audience. I developed the full marketing strategy and implementation for the event, which included:
Crafting engaging promotional emails leading up to the live webinar.
Writing the reminder and replay emails.
Creating landing pages for registration and post-webinar sales.
Consulting on the live presentation flow to maximise conversions.
The campaign helped him grow his audience, build deeper relationships, and convert new leads directly from the webinar experience.
Results & Impact
The new website and marketing system gave David a polished, consistent brand presence that clearly communicates his value and attracts his ideal clients. His audience engagement and conversion rates both increased significantly after launch, and his webinar became a key part of his ongoing sales strategy.
