Boba Network Website Transformation

Boba Network needed to modernize a live website supporting active campaigns, technical content and a growing ecosystem. Replacing everything at once would have created unnecessary risk for the team and its existing audience.

I created a phased transformation plan and led the delivery of eight priority pages while the rest of the website remained operational. This gave Boba an immediate visual and performance improvement without waiting for a disruptive full-site rebuild.

What I delivered

I owned the project from direction through production: translating requirements into page structures, defining the UX/UI, supervising the AI-assisted implementation, reviewing every detail, testing responsive behavior and managing releases.

The rebuilt experience covered the homepage and seven major product, developer, ecosystem and campaign pages. I also established a shared visual system so the website could remain consistent as new pages and initiatives were added.

Behind the interface, I protected the parts of the live website the business still depended on, including analytics, consent, newsletter flows, SEO metadata and existing WordPress administration.
