La Petite Garoupe: Multilingual Restaurant Growth Platform

OVERVIEW
La Petite Garoupe needed more than an attractive restaurant website. Its international guests needed to discover the restaurant and understand the menu easily, both before visiting and while seated at the venue. The team also needed to understand which channels brought people in, what guests explored and which actions showed real intent.
I designed and built one connected digital platform around that journey: from search, social media or a printed QR code, through menu discovery and dish photography, to reservations, calls, directions and other measurable actions.
WHAT I DELIVERED
I created a custom responsive website and an 18-language digital menu designed for international guests. The menu is accessible through QR codes at the restaurant, supports right-to-left languages, includes dish photography and dietary filters, and makes a large amount of information feel simple on a phone.
I connected printed QR codes and permanent social campaign links to first-party attribution. This allows the restaurant to understand whether a visit came from a table menu, exterior signage, Instagram, search or another source, and then see what the guest did afterward.
I built a private analytics dashboard around questions that matter to the business: where visitors come from, which languages and countries are represented, which dishes attract attention, how guests use the menu, and how often they move toward reservations, calls, WhatsApp, email or directions. Period comparisons help the team distinguish short-term noise from meaningful changes.
Search visibility was treated as part of the product rather than an afterthought. The platform includes 54 localized search URLs, structured restaurant information, multilingual search signals, redirects from the former website and a Search Console layer showing the queries, pages, countries and devices bringing people to the restaurant.
I also created a repeatable content workflow so new dish photos can be prepared, optimized and published safely without rebuilding the entire site. This keeps the menu current while protecting image quality, loading performance and the live restaurant experience.
AI is the implementation engine throughout the project. I remain responsible for strategy, product decisions, creative direction, UX/UI, review, testing, deployment and client communication. The wider system is also being extended toward AI-assisted Google review management, using an operating model already built for the owner's sister restaurant.
OUTCOME
• One connected platform supporting discovery, menu use, guest actions and restaurant decision-making. • An 18-language QR menu that gives international guests a clear mobile experience at the venue. • Dish photography and dietary discovery built directly into the menu. • First-party attribution connecting printed QR codes, campaigns and traffic sources to meaningful guest actions. • A private restaurant-focused dashboard replacing disconnected reports with practical operational insight. • A multilingual SEO foundation with 54 localized search URLs and direct Search Console visibility. • A repeatable publishing workflow that keeps menu photography current without compromising the live site.
The result is not simply a restaurant website. It is a digital operating and growth system that helps La Petite Garoupe welcome international guests, understand demand and improve its online-to-venue journey over time.
