I spent a meaningful chapter of my career at a top-performing U.S.-based marketing agency—one of the most respected local players in the space. I joined as a Digital Marketing Specialist, eager to get my hands dirty in paid campaigns, social strategy, and creative execution.
Over time, my role evolved into Head of Social Media & Content Marketing, where I led a full-stack team of creatives, strategists, and remote collaborators. I directed photo and video productions, managed multi-platform strategies, oversaw paid media performance, and handled real-time crisis moments when things got wild. We launched brands, scaled revenue, and built systems that made chaotic marketing feel seamless.
We went through it all—rebrands, breakthroughs, client pivots, and midnight deadlines. And through it all, I grew from executor to strategist, from task-tackler to team lead.

What I Owned and Delivered

Directed and executed paid social ad campaigns (Meta & Google PPC) with budgets ranging from $500 to $15K/month
Led creative direction for video and photo shoots, from storyboarding to shoot planning to visual style guidelines
Developed and scheduled multi-platform content calendars with full-funnel intent (organic + paid)
Crafted brand positioning and messaging strategies for product launches, rebrands, and service pivots
Managed a hybrid team of in-office and remote creatives (designers, editors, copywriters, UGC creators)
Handled crisis management and client communication during PR-sensitive or performance-critical situations
Conducted industry research, competitor audits, and performance reports to inform decision-making
Used tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Airtable, Notion, Later, and ChatGPT to scale strategy and execution

Scaled a DTC client’s revenue from $10K/month to $70K/month in 90 days via paid social
Directed a video ad campaign that achieved 5x ROAS and became the brand’s top-performing evergreen creative
Reduced churn by 18% for a wellness subscription brand with new onboarding content and retargeting
Led creative for a rebrand that doubled engagement and repositioned the company in its niche
Supported 10+ successful product launches, overseeing everything from strategy to creative to post-launch scaling
