The System

AutoPipeline is a fully automated B2B prospecting engine I built from scratch. It finds high-value contacts, sends personalized email sequences, and books meetings directly on the sales team's calendar — with zero manual intervention.
The entire pipeline runs autonomously: prospect identification → email outreach → follow-up sequences → meeting scheduling → real-time reporting.

How It Works

Prospect Discovery: The system identifies and filters contacts by job title, industry, and region, feeding them into the pipeline automatically every 15 minutes.
Automated Email Sequences: A 3-email sequence runs for each prospect — introduction, case study + direct question, and a breakup email. All personalized, all automated.
Meeting Scheduling: When a prospect responds with interest, the system qualifies them and books directly on the team's calendar via Calendly. No back-and-forth, no manual scheduling.
Live Dashboard: A real-time command center showing the full conversion funnel (prospects → contacted → responded → qualified → meeting booked), weekly/monthly/historical metrics, active sequences, and a live activity feed.

This is a functional system, not a mockup. The demo runs on Cloudflare Workers with live data processing, automated workflows via Make.com, and real-time dashboard reporting.

Built For Scale

The architecture is designed so a sales team can go from manual prospecting to a fully automated pipeline without adding headcount. The system handles the entire top-of-funnel: finding, contacting, following up, and booking — so the team only shows up to meetings that are already qualified and confirmed.

Tech Stack

Apollo.io for prospect identification, Google Sheets as centralized CRM, Make.com for workflow automation, Gmail for email sequence delivery, Calendly for automatic meeting scheduling, Cloudflare Pages for the dashboard portal, and Looker Studio for advanced reporting.
