The Business

Cocinas de la Flora is a professional kitchen rental space in Cali, Colombia. The owner, Carlos, rents kitchen modules to food entrepreneurs running their own delivery brands. He doesn't cook or deliver — he rents the space under three rental models.

What I Built

A fully connected ecosystem where every piece feeds the next: the bot captures the lead → saves it to Sheets → the CRM displays it → the entrepreneur uses the financial simulator to make decisions. All automated, zero server costs.

Landing Page

Complete page explaining the ghost kitchen model, the 3 rental options, industry statistics, a comparison table vs. traditional restaurants, and a contact form with automatic lead capture.

Virtual Assistant "Flora"

WhatsApp-style chatbot that introduces the business and the entrepreneur starter kit, explains rental options, and captures name, business type, and preferred visit day. Everything is automatically logged to Google Sheets.

Financial Simulator

3-tab tool that calculates daily and monthly break-even using real fixed costs, registers daily production, and shows in real time whether the entrepreneur is on track to close the month profitably.

Lead CRM

Dashboard integrated into the landing page that reads directly from Google Sheets. Carlos sees in real time who arrived, which rental model they're interested in, and can follow up immediately.

Inventory Control

Module inside the simulator that tracks available ingredients, defines the recipe per plate, and calculates how many plates can be produced with current stock — identifying the limiting ingredient.

Entrepreneur Starter Kit

The real differentiator: with every rental, Carlos delivers a financial simulator and an ebook with the complete startup roadmap (Rappi onboarding, social media, costing, and break-even analysis).

Technical Stack

Hosting: Cloudflare Pages
Backend logic: Google Apps Script
Database: Google Sheets (live CRM data source)
Frontend: Pure HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Local storage: localStorage for simulator state

What Makes This Different

This isn't a website with a contact form. It's an ecosystem where the landing page, chatbot, CRM, financial simulator, and inventory control are all connected — each piece feeding data to the next. Zero server costs, fully autonomous, and Carlos manages everything from a single Google Sheet.
