Blockbag, an e-commerce brand on Shopify, was losing revenue to abandoned carts and had no system to track where sales were dropping off. The team was manually checking orders, had no recovery workflows, and couldn't see which products or channels were underperforming.
What I Built
Abandoned Cart Recovery System
Built an automated workflow using Make that detects abandoned carts from Shopify in real time, triggers a multi-step recovery sequence (email + follow-up), and logs every interaction in HubSpot. The system runs continuously without manual intervention.
Sales Tracking Pipeline
Connected Shopify's order data to HubSpot CRM so every transaction, customer interaction, and product sale is tracked automatically. The team can now see the full customer journey from first visit to purchase to repeat order.
Automated Reporting
Created dashboards that show daily revenue, recovery rate, cart abandonment trends, and customer lifetime value. Data flows automatically from Shopify → Make → HubSpot → reporting layer.
Technical Documentation
Delivered comprehensive system documentation and NDAs to ensure the client could maintain and extend the system independently.
