The Problem

Buena Mesa Consultores is a HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) consulting firm in Latin America. They were drowning in fragmented data: client information scattered across emails, WhatsApp chats, and paper notes. No centralized view of their consulting pipeline, no way to track which clients were active, and manual reporting that took days to compile.

What I Built

Centralized CRM System

Designed and implemented a CRM that consolidates every client interaction into a single dashboard. The consulting team can now see at a glance: active clients, pipeline stage, last contact date, contract value, and next action required. No more digging through email threads.

KPI Dashboard

Built automated dashboards that pull data in real time and display the metrics that actually matter: revenue per consultant, client retention rate, average project duration, and pipeline value by stage. The dashboards update automatically as data flows in.

Digital Transformation Roadmap

Created a phased implementation plan that moved the company from paper-based operations to a fully digital workflow. Phase 1 focused on CRM adoption, Phase 2 on automated reporting, and Phase 3 on client-facing tools.

Data Strategy

Established naming conventions, data entry standards, and automated validation rules so the CRM stays clean as the team grows. Built training documentation so new team members can onboard without breaking the system.
