At Greater Tampa Realtors, I scheduled and strategized monthly social media posts for brands such as Young Professionals Network, Tampa Bay Global Business Council, and the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors, across Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram. I prepared insights and generated reports to continuously find best practices for social optimization, and discover ways to maximize engagement and traffic. In addition, I generated multiple bi-weekly email marketing campaigns including, Next Week In Education, Housing Market Stats, one-off event invites, and association news/updates.

Managed 5+ social media communities - responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive brand reputation and member relationships. Implemented content calendars and scheduling tools to monitor the performance of social media campaigns, measured key metrics, and made data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Social Media Strategy

Managed and wrote 3 weekly email marketing newsletters with over 16,000 subscribers, achieved a consistent open rate, and successfully increased subscriber engagement by implementing targeted messaging.
