SwiftProperties — Real Estate Listings & Client Portal Website

Client’s Problem: The real estate agency behind SwiftProperties struggled with an outdated, manual process. Property listings were posted inconsistently on social media, and buyers had no simple way to explore or filter available options. Agents were overwhelmed by repetitive inquiries and missed potential leads.

Listings were scattered across spreadsheets and social platforms. No search/filter functionality for clients. Agents had to manually track and respond to inquiries. Competitors with professional websites were gaining an edge.

I built SwiftProperties, a full-stack real estate website designed for both clients and agents: Frontend: Next.js + TailwindCSS for a clean, responsive UI. Backend: Node.js + PostgreSQL to store and manage all property data. Search & Filters: Real-time filtering by location, price, and property type. Authentication: Role-based logins (Admin for listings, Agents for leads, Clients for saving favorites). Payments: Stripe integration for booking deposits and featured property promotions. Automation: Automatic inquiry forms linked to email + CRM.
