Retool Role-Based Logistics & Shipment Tracking Dashboard

When I first met this logistics client, their operations team was drowning in spreadsheets. Every day, staff members spent hours updating shipment statuses manually and trying to piece together reports. Mistakes were common, and managers had no real-time view of what was happening. I suggested building a custom Retool dashboard as a central hub. After connecting it to their Postgres database and APIs, I designed a clean interface that showed shipments in real time, added search and filters, and gave managers role-based access to KPIs.
