Client was launching a new venture and needed a versatile Online Booking Widget that could be embedded into various customers' websites (iframe).

White-Label Requirement: The design had to be "clean, modern, and neutral" to fit different branding styles of end-clients (clinics).

Technical Constraints: It needed to work with existing backend limitations (jQuery datepickers) while looking visually fresh.

Responsiveness: A seamless experience across desktop and mobile was critical.

Client provided a rough prototype and asked for a transformation using the "Untitled UI" framework style.

Instead of jumping straight into pixels, I focused on clarity and technical feasibility.

I started by analyzing the user flow and asking critical technical questions about the embedding environment, legacy frameworks, and specific data constraints. This prevented expensive rework later.

I provided a clear breakdown of hours (30-40h estimated) and costs upfront, ensuring the client felt safe regarding the budget.

I built the "skeleton" of the widget first to validate the booking logic (step-by-step flow, date selection, payment integration) before applying styles.

Once the flow was approved, I applied a neutral, clean aesthetic compatible with light and dark modes. I organized the final delivery in Figma with clear sections for developers: Cover, Flow, UI, and Components.

The project was delivered ahead of schedule and hit the mark on the first try.

Immediate Approval: The client accepted the design with minimal iterations, calling the concept "Excellent."

Developer-Ready: The handoff file was structured for immediate implementation.

Client Retention: The trust built during this project led Jeremy to re-hire me a year later for his next venture's landing page and product assets.
