Overview

The client wanted to launch a Lead Magnet Funnel using their 5 Step System to Training Your Dog Guide as the front offer and successfully upselling the customer to Mini Bootcamp on Dog Training after opting-in. Both products were already created, so the funnel needed to be set up.

Project Plan Breakdown

Step-by-step project plan in Asana, with a realistic timeline for the team to follow

I broke up the tasks into three main sections – Project Work, Project Delivery, and Project Wrap-Up. Within the first section, I divided them up further into sections by deliverable. This way, I can easily spot any bottlenecks and quickly add any additional tasks or information related to that component.

Project Cost Estimation

Detailed cost estimation with descriptions and assumptions for each deliverable, based on the originally discussed scope

Based on the scope, I created a detailed cost estimation. Again, I separated the items into Phases and the Deliverables – if the client ever wanted to add, drop, or postpone a section of the original plan during our Initial Call or afterwards, I could easily see how that specific deliverable affects the total cost.

Proposed Communication Plan

Finally, the proposed communication plan in Airtable lists out all of the communication expectations throughout this project, including the channel, goal, frequency, who is responsible, and those involved.
