Turning a seemingly never-ending collection of Excel files and Word documents into a functional ClickUp workspace. After 15 years of environmental action and education, this organization was scaling quickly and needed to adapt and evolve their current systems!
My Role
Set up and managed the ClickUp workspace, ensuring a comfortable and efficient onboarding process
Delivered “ClickUp 101” training to all staff, while addressing their concerns and goals for the tool
Guided the creation of SOPs relevant to specific lists and tasks (e.g. procedure for creating and sending monthly newsletter to over 4,500 supporters)
Resident ClickUp expert and visionary, connecting their needs and ambitions to available functionality
