Overview

Turning a seemingly never-ending collection of Excel files and Word documents into a functional ClickUp workspace. After 15 years of environmental action and education, this organization was scaling quickly and needed to adapt and evolve their current systems!



My Role

  • Set up and managed the ClickUp workspace, ensuring a comfortable and efficient onboarding process
  • Delivered “ClickUp 101” training to all staff, while addressing their concerns and goals for the tool
  • Guided the creation of SOPs relevant to specific lists and tasks (e.g. procedure for creating and sending monthly newsletter to over 4,500 supporters)
  • Resident ClickUp expert and visionary, connecting their needs and ambitions to available functionality
