Overview

While each chapter of this organization had its own distinct characteristics and goals, the executive officers still had to deliver on the same processes each year. It was time to completely revamp the onboarding and training for incoming leaders – supported throughout their terms by an extensive SOP Bank.

My Role

Established the process for creating SOPs related to each deliverable and KPIs set by the regional executives, as well as recurring responsibilities

Guided, created, and sourced the content for over 55 SOP documents in less than a month – ensured that they reflected the procedures for the Eastern Canada region

Categorized and assigned relevant documents within Google Classrooms as modules, allowing the regional executives to track completion of orientation

Set up the SOP Bank in Google Drive for storage
