I led the complete rework and modernisation of ZN’s Training Library and Extranet, focusing on enhancing usability and accessibility across various squads, including Hyperlearners (Interns), Client Service, Marketing, Sales, and Network. The project involved reformatting the entire website to create a modular structure, streamlining onboarding processes, and ensuring that all essential tools and information were easily accessible.
