CRM for multibrand online store

We designed a CRM solution tailored for multi-brand online stores, prioritizing a seamless and intuitive user experience. The project began with thorough research and market analysis to understand the unique needs of store managers and customers. Based on these insights, we developed detailed user personas to guide the design process.

Our team created wireframes that mapped out clear user flows, followed by a comprehensive UI kit and style guide to ensure design consistency. The UI design focused on simplicity and ease of navigation, aiming to improve efficiency for users managing customers, inventory, and sales data.

Finally, we prepared all design assets and specifications for a smooth handoff to the development team, ensuring the vision was clearly communicated and ready for implementation.
