We designed the UX and UI for Bingli, a healthcare patient engagement platform that streamlines pre-visit questionnaires through an AI-powered chatbot. The goal was to improve the quality and efficiency of consultations by helping patients share detailed, accurate information in advance.
Our design process began with thorough research and UX analysis to understand patient needs and clinical workflows. At the wireframe stage, we collaborated closely with practicing doctors to create clear, intuitive question flows that would be easy for patients to complete.
For the UI design, we focused on accessibility and simplicity, ensuring that patients of all ages and backgrounds could comfortably answer questions. We developed a clean visual system with careful attention to typography, contrast, and ease of interaction.
Recognizing that nearly half of users rely on mobile devices, we also created a fully responsive design that adapts seamlessly to phones and tablets making the platform accessible anytime, anywhere.
The result was a user-friendly, medically-informed design system that empowers patients and providers alike with more efficient, higher-quality engagements.
