Meeting performance analytics platform redesign

MeetingScience is a cloud-based platform dedicated to improving human meeting performance by helping organizations uncover the true cost, value, and impact of meetings, and how to make them better.

Our team was tasked with redesigning the platform to deliver a more modern, intuitive, and actionable experience. We focused on usability, ensuring key insights are easy to interpret at a glance. Through thoughtful use of color, layout, and custom UI elements, users can now quickly analyze benchmarks and identify improvement areas.

We restructured the way information is presented to create a cleaner, clearer reporting experience. Custom icons and components were developed to support the refreshed design system, making navigation and interpretation more intuitive.

Additionally, we redesigned the platform’s email reports to align with the new style and UX principles. By introducing radial diagrams and clear visual comparisons, these reports now make it simpler for recipients to evaluate and act on meeting performance data.

The result is a cohesive, polished redesign that transforms complex meeting analytics into clear, user-friendly insights, helping teams drive real change in how they meet and collaborate.
