Highspire Construction came to us with two goals: improve their internal operations and modernize their digital presence. Their existing system made it difficult to manage active orders, track client details, and scale effectively. Meanwhile, their outdated website no longer reflected their position as an innovative leader in the construction space.
We designed and developed a custom CRM platform and completely redesigned the companyâs website â aligning functionality with brand evolution.
Our process started with user research and operational analysis to understand daily challenges: over 145 active orders, 60+ pending approvals, and a client base of more than 3,400 required a tool that could handle complexity without overwhelming users.
The result was a tailored CRM system with centralized order management, smart filtering, and clean navigation that made operations more efficient and decision-making faster. We also refined the brandâs visual identity through updated typography, an elegant new logo that blends a spire with architectural strength, and a fresh color palette.
On the website side, we created a modern layout that reflects Highspireâs legacy while projecting future innovation. The structure emphasizes clarity, accessibility, and high-impact storytelling to strengthen brand trust.
Together, the new CRM and website deliver a unified digital experience â empowering internal teams, simplifying processes, and reinforcing Highspireâs image as a forward-thinking company rooted in excellence.
