Hashbank set out to redefine corporate banking by building a versatile CRM-style platform that meets the complex needs of multinational businesses. Our task was to deliver a user-centric design that balanced enterprise-grade functionality with a modern, intuitive experience for finance teams worldwide.
We began with in-depth research and stakeholder interviews to understand the real workflows, pain points, and expectations of corporate users managing multiple accounts, currencies, and compliance requirements. The challenge was designing an interface powerful enough to handle sophisticated banking operations without overwhelming the user.
Our UX strategy focused on streamlining core tasks â from account management and transaction monitoring to compliance reporting and multi-user team permissions. We mapped user flows and created wireframes that emphasized clarity, efficiency, and logical organization.
During UI design, we chose a modern yet professional aesthetic with clear typography and a consistent visual system that could scale across dashboards, transaction logs, approvals, and notifications. We paid special attention to data visualization, ensuring that complex financial insights could be understood at a glance.
We also designed responsive layouts to support seamless use on both desktop and tablet devices, making sure the platform fit naturally into real-world banking workflows.
The result was a complete design system and high-fidelity mockups ready for development â giving Hashbank the tools to deliver a polished, user-friendly, and highly functional global banking CRM experience for corporate clients.
