University Event Planning

I acted as RHA's spokesperson at numerous events throughout the year. I was an expert on all things about our organization's mission and relayed key information to other students, staff, and parents.

I collaborated with co-workers and other student organizations to plan events throughout the year. Pictured right is an example from Funn at Munn where we gave away items and handed out hiring flyers.

I maintained connections with MSU staff, media outlets, and other student organizations to collaborate on events and advertising campaigns.

For a variety of events I tabled on behalf of RHA further spreading awarness of our services and handing out goodies to passerbys.

I contributed significantly to planning and organizing events alongside the Director of Special Events. My hands-on experience involved leading brainstorming sessions, ordering supplies, contacting vendors, creating marketing campaigns, and managing event logistics. Examples include a pumpkin painting craft night (~50 attendees) and a holiday movie night (~100 attendees).
