Overview

Agile Atlas

AgileAtlas is a web platform designed to showcase the features of the AgileAtlas project management tool. The website serves as a landing page for users to understand the tool's core functionalities, its benefits, and how it can transform project management for startups and teams. With a clean, modern design and clear call-to-actions, the website also allows users to sign up for the tool directly from the page.

Client Request 🧑‍💼

We need a website that effectively showcases the features and benefits of AgileAtlas in a visually engaging way, making it easy for potential users to understand how it works. The site should also include a clear and simple sign-up process to convert visitors into active users.
Our Role: Our responsibility was to create a user-friendly and visually appealing website that clearly communicates the product’s value proposition. We focused on: ✔ Designing a clean, modern homepage with attention-grabbing visuals and easy-to-read copy about the product’s core features. ✔ Creating interactive sections that demonstrate AgileAtlas’s project management tools, such as task boards and timelines, in action. ✔ Ensuring a seamless sign-up process, with clear steps and calls-to-action to drive user conversion. ✔ Implementing mobile-friendly design so users could access the website and sign up from any device.

Problems & Solutions 🛠️

Problem 01 Lack of Clear Communication of Product Features Many visitors struggle to understand what a project management tool like AgileAtlas can do for them right away.
Solution 01 I created interactive demo sections on the website that showcase the core features, such as task boards, timeline views, and collaboration tools, helping users instantly grasp how AgileAtlas can benefit their workflow.
Problem 02 Confusing or Complicated Sign-Up Process A complicated sign-up process often discourages potential users from signing up for a product.
Solution 02 I streamlined the sign-up flow, ensuring it was simple and intuitive, with clear calls-to-action. The form is short, easy to complete, and offers a direct sign-up or free trial option to encourage immediate engagement.
Problem 03 Limited Mobile Accessibility Many users may access the website from mobile devices, and having a site that's not mobile-friendly could hurt conversions.
Solution 03 I optimized the website for mobile devices, ensuring that the design is responsive, loads quickly, and offers a seamless experience across all screen sizes, helping to improve user engagement and conversions on any device.

Research Process 🔍

The research process is the foundation of any successful design project. By understanding the needs, challenges, and goals of both users and the business, we can create solutions that are both effective and impactful. This process involves a series of key stages that guide us toward a well-informed design.
Stages [SWOT analysis] + [Business Analysis] + [Map] + [Mind Map]

Wireframe 🧱

In the wireframing stage, we create low-fidelity sketches or prototypes of key screens, focusing on layout, structure, and functionality without the distraction of visual design. This allows us to test and refine the user experience early on.

Design System 🎨

In this stage, we build a design system that includes reusable components, style guides, and patterns. This ensures consistency across the product and makes future updates easier to manage.

Featured Pages ✅

The final stage involves handing off the website design to the development team, ensuring they have all the necessary assets, specifications, and implementation guidelines to build the site accurately and efficiently.

Handoff to developer 🧑‍💻

The final stage involves handing off the design to the development team, providing them with all necessary assets, specifications, and guidelines to bring the design to life seamlessly.
