Albert Adrià™ (one of the most acclaimed chefs worldwide), hired me to re-brand this old business of his and to manage its SM accounts.
Gastronomy is a living entitiy. Its heritage is worth keeping.

In Barcelona (Spain) once existed "Bodega 1900", a famous MICHELIN starred tavern whose heritage still remains in the Spanish gastronomic field.
Albert Adrià™ (one of the most acclaimed chefs worldwide), hired me to re-open this old business of his, in the same old space, after remodeling the interior and revisiting its gastronomic offer. This time the MICHELIN starred chef Toni Romero™ will lead the project.
For this project, my role was:
To Create a concept background, naming and business philosophy to go with this new re-branding. As well to Design its new branding assets within the corporative identity.
To Document (photo and video wise) the process of gastronomic creation and its foundation, including its initial pop up appearances in public.
To Manage its presence in Social Media until the re-opening date.
