All the work presented down below was entirely created and edited by Adrian Profumo™
Miquel Antoja, a MICHELIN affiliate and founder chef of FOODLONA®, hired me to create a set of 60+ photo-recipes and to design the book that went with them.
The main ingredient he used in his recipes was the Sea Bass, due to our collaboration with AQUANARIA (one of the most important worldwide producer and distributors of Atlantic Sea Bass).
My role in this project was:
To streamline a calendar in which we would produce and photograph 5 recipes /day every work day.
To direct each production by setting up the studio lights, operating camera and later on editing the material creating during each session.
Designing the product that would later on be the recipe book these recipes would be a part of.
