Face Lift

My client (CS) is a healthcare document management integration company facilitating the transfer of healthcare records from medical providers to law firms and insurance companies. Unfortunately, CS is using antiquated software that is difficult to maintain and enhance to keep pace with evolving business demands.

I met with CS leadership and digested their extensive list of frustrations with the current platform which looks and performs like it is way past its prime. Over the course of a few brainstorming sessions, we decided to move forward with a modern software facelift that will alleviate their current concerns and provide a scalable platform to meet their needs well into the future.

The legacy CS application needed more than a plastic surgeon - it needed complete overhaul. We designed a user-friendly modern user interface masking the complexity of multiple Rest API integrations including Quickbooks Online, Sharefile, and Stamps.com.

The new and greatly improved Scan Relay Pro app is a .Net8 C# WPF desktop application authenticated with Microsoft EntraID and integrated to several Rest APIs and synching and storage capability via Microsoft Azure Functions, CosmosDB, and Blob Storage.
