Spec Work: Welcome to Barovia

I was inspired by a spec piece in a Denver Ad School student's portfolio, a satirical campaign merging Diablo IV and a blood drive at a church. I'm currently running Curse of Strahd and couldn't stop thinking about what a travel brochure for Barovia, the campaign setting, would look like, especially to someone with no context for what Barovia is (it's super cursed and generally a bad place to be).

Barovia was once an idyllic region set in a scenic valley, featuring a vineyard, dense forest, and breathtaking mountain views. Then Strahd showed up, and to make a very long story short, he ruined everything. Anyone who enters Barovia finds it because Strahd wants them to, and they can't leave. I wanted the brochure to read like any other endorsement of a destination, but didn't want it to be totally forthcoming about Barovia's less endearing qualities.
