🎯 The Problem
Pet owners struggled to find reliable, centralized pet care resources. Veterinary sites felt too clinical, pet blogs lacked credibility, and information was scattered across multiple platforms. Pet Paradise needed a solution that combined professional expertise with approachable warmth.

As the sole UX/UI designer, I created a comprehensive platform that makes expert pet care accessible and delightful:

Built intuitive service architecture for checkups, spa, training, and education
Created smart content recommendations to boost engagement
Developed warm brand identity with pastel colors, custom illustrations, and playful animations
