This is a web-based app for a big beauty brand that helps to create a personalized facial serums at home. It allows customers to go through a skin questionnaire at home and as a result they get a feedback from a professional aesthetician along with a custom-made serum based on their main concerns.

Finding skincare solutions that truly fit individual skin concerns while getting expert advice is tough, expensive, and takes up a lot of time. Customers often struggle to navigate through the overwhelming options in the beauty market.

Aestheticians' earnings are restricted by their location and traditional consultation methods. Utilizing customer data for customized services, enhancing professional credibility, and engaging with customers can help overcome these limitations.

I designed the app experience for both web and mobile, collaborating with another designer on the customer and aesthetician interfaces. This included creating 3D visuals, high-fidelity mockups, animations, and prototypes in Figma.

2 designers, 1 product manager and 3 engineers. Meeting with key stakeholders helped us to understand their business challenges. Together we identified risks and aligned on expectations and constructed a shared vision for the app.
